Which information does RuLove collect about me if I decide to join the RuLove community or take advantage of some of the features?
RuLove is a place for adults to meet new people and we provide this opportunity through a website or mobile app.
To join RuLove, you have to create a profile. During registration it is required to provide the following information: name, email address, gender, age, your location. You can also provide other information about yourself, but they are not required and are filled in later. You control your profile, this data is available to you at any time – just go to your "Profile" on RuLove and you will be able to correct or update information about yourself.
After creating a profile, we automatically track some information such as your IP and email addresses.
What information does RuLove collect about me if I'm under 18?
You can join RuLove or use its individual features if you are 18 years old or older. This means that RuLove does not intentionally collect any information about persons under the age of 18. We do not attract or encourage the use of our service by persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, please do not provide us with information about yourself. If we become aware that someone under the 18 has registered with us and provided their personal data, we will take steps to terminate that user's registration and remove his/her Profile and any information from RuLove. If we delete a profile because you have violated our minimum age rule (18 years old), we may retain your email and IP addresses so that you do not attempt to circumvent our rules by creating a new profile.
Does RuLove collect my personal data if I am not a user of the site, but just a visitor?
No, we do not collect personal information from visitors of our website. If you visit us without becoming a member of the community, we will place a session ID cookie on your computer.
If I post additional information about myself on the site, what does RuLove do with that information?
On RuLove you can easily make new acquaintances, communicate with other users, talk about yourself. Using the App you should be aware that any information you post will be publicly available to users of the App. We recommend and encourage you (and all of our users) to think about the information they disclose about themselves. We do not recommend that you include email addresses, URLS, messenger details, phone numbers, full names and addresses, credit card details, national identification numbers, driver's license information and other sensitive information in your profile, which is open to abuse and misuse.
Please be careful about posting sensitive details about yourself in your profile such as your religious denomination and health details. While you may voluntarily provide us with this information when creating a profile, including your sexual preferences and ethnic background, there is no requirement to do so. Please be aware that the photos you post on RuLove may disclose these types of sensitive personal information. If you provide or upload sensitive information about yourself, you consent to the processing of the information and making it publicly available to other users.
By posting information about yourself or using dialogs, you share your personal information at your own risk. If you post something that is not consistent with our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to cancel your account.
What data is collected about me if I use the RuLove mobile app?
Wherever you are, with RuLove you have the opportunity to chat with your friends, make new acquaintances, and stay in touch with your contacts that you have purchased through the app. You can do this using your mobile phone.
When you use the mobile app, we will collect information about the Wi-Fi hotspot as well as your location (latitude and longitude). This information helps us determine your physical location so that it can be listed on your profile and other users can see it in the "People nearby" section.
If you do not want your location to be known, please prohibit the right to receive geolocation when installing the mobile application. If you have location detection enabled but want to disable it, follow these instructions: Settings, geolocation Services, Disable.
We and our partner advertisers may also store and use data such as your gender, geolocation, IP address, as well as your user and advertising IDs and your device ID to provide you with targeted in-app advertising.
What information is collected about me if I use the paid services of RuLove?
When you use the additional features of RuLove, we collect financial information that is necessary to process your payment method of payment. Please note that we do not store credit card details or other payment card details. However, our payment system providers store this data (and they are required to do so by law).
When you use RuLove, we collect certain technical information about your computer system or mobile device, as well as statistics about how you use our services. We use this information to improve our site and services.

Will RuLove send me anything?
In the settings of your RuLove profile, you can choose YES or NO to receive notifications from us about new messages, as well as other notifications related to the use of the site.

What can I do with the personal data of other users?

You can invite your friends to join RuLove so they can meet new people too. You can also find your friends who are already registered on RuLove by using the search. If you want to invite your friends and acquaintances to join RuLove, we can send them an invitation on your behalf. If one of the invitees does not register within a few days after the invitation, we can send them a reminder of your invitation. You can invite all your friends or just some of them, but please remember the minimum age on RuLove. You are responsible for your friends' consent to receive invitations.
How does it work?
Multilogin is a feature of the site that allows you to register more than one personal profile on the site or in the mobile application. Duplicate photos and full copies of questionnaires are not allowed.

Do I have any other rights?
Sure! You have the right to request a copy of your personal information stored by us if you wish to correct inconsistencies or delete them. If you decide to exercise any of the rights you have with regard to your personal data, please create a request via Feedback.
Can I deactivate or delete my Profile?
RuLove users who want to delete their account from our database can do so in one of the following ways:
1. Send a message via the Feedback form
2. Log in to your Profile, then "Settings" and delete your account.
To prevent abuse and/or misuse of RuLove by a user whose account has been blocked or deleted, we retain information at our sole discretion, as it may be necessary to prevent the re-creation of an account in violation of our Terms of service, and to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
Warning: even after deleting information from your profile or deleting your account, copies of your information may still be visible and/or available on the Internet, as you have previously shared this information with others, the information may have been copied or saved by other users, and the information may be saved in search engines. We can't control it and we don't take any responsibility for it. If you have provided third-party applications or sites with access to your personal data, they may retain such information to the extent permitted by their terms of service or privacy policies.
Information that has been deleted can be backed up for up to 30 days to make recovery possible, but it will not be available to others at this time.
What happens if I do nothing?
If you have not logged in to your profile on RuLove for three months, we may delete it during the data cleanup process.
Your RuLove profile is non-transferable and all rights to your profile or the contents of your account will be forfeited upon your death.
